Director of a high volume, award-winning creative design team at one of the region’s leading digital experience agencies, that serves as a strategic partner to industry leading Fortune 500 companies.

Created engaging and compelling digital experiences for consumer-focused campaigns, B2B campaigns and employee engagement campaigns for our entertainment, advertising and technology clients.

Managed a team of designers and illustrators, delivering over 1000 campaign deliverables for some of the world’s most respected brands, including Sony, Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile VMware, Cisco, and Salesforce. Balanced leading several projects at a time while also mentoring and fostering growth within the team. Created design pattern libraries to help the team gain efficiencies while working across brands and clients.

Grew Sony Alpha Universe viewership by 100%+ over 18 months by establishing a user profile system that oversaw 500+ new members at the Photoplus 2017 convention in New York City.

Led effort to update Cisco’s existing employee dashboard relying on user-research and strong UX design principles - resulting in an easier and more direct user experience for employees. Increased overall employee productivity by reducing time to complete tasks from minutes to seconds.  


Workhouse Creative - 2015
Freelance Designer

Concept and production of graphic assets for commercial and short films for our entertainment clients. Crafted a visual system for pitches resulting in awarded work from Amazon, Microsoft, and McDonalds. Led company branding effort which included sinage, social posting and email campaigns.


Gold Creek Church - 2009-2015
Lead Creative Designer

Established visual direction, brand and design system for a fledgling church to help grow the overall membership by 150% over 5 years. Lead other creatives in their explorations and set the approach for the creative process at the organization level. Created compelling collateral assets including print banners, apparel, presentation graphics, web, video (editing and asset creation) and campaign. Worked closely with the communications and marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts.
